Ultimately, the AV fidelity PM leader will be responsible for providing the product and people leadership to deliver best-in-class audiovisual fidelity Teams Meetings and Calling experiences.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with IC3 team to build data reports to capture our quality reporting across the different Teams Meeting and Calling clients
• Identify, prioritize, design, and ship various new audiovisual quality and control features for Teams Meeting and Calling experiences
• Produce collateral for our field and the press to use to bolster our claims that Teams Meeting and Calling experiences provide the best audiovisual quality

• Ability to work with executives (customers) from some of the largest companies in the world
• Ability to do public speaking in a wide variety of venues
• Ensure appropriate and effective communication flow among internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to travel to Prague each quarter

Experience and education required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required.
• Experience leading a platform organization, independently setting mission and vision for an engineering group, working with partners delivering the highest value experiences in the company
• 4+ years of experience doing feature PM work on a scale product
• Strong ability to work closely with marketing and PR to formulate messaging to position Teams Meetings and Calling as best in class in terms of audiovisual fidelity
