Includes successful management of scope, cost/resources, schedule and performance management of various assigned programs. Your main responsibilities: Identifying project scope and continuously managing the expectations of internal and external customers. Estimating, budgeting, and controlling cost for all project activities such that project is completed within budget. You will control over respective area’s HR resources, budget, material and assets. You will provide monthly project updates of current situation relating to contractual milestones and high-risk areas. Provides input and direction to the program team(s) in areas of customer concerns, potential changes in scope and risk assessment. Directs overall performance on the program(s), assuring that the “Triple Constraint” of Cost/Scope/Schedule is met and resources necessary to achieve this constraint are appropriately identified and communicated. You will manage organization and leadership of team(s) in a matrix environment. Monitors overall performance during all phases of the program(s) and develops and implements corrective action and recovery plans as required. You will manage the customer relationship, maintaining customer satisfaction, yet assuring that scope is managed appropriately, and contract changes are secured where appropriate. Leads team(s) in identifying, quantifying and mitigating risk. You will be responsible for overall life of the program(s) successful financial performance. You will be responsible for the overall execution of complex component and/or system programs in accordance with the Eaton • You will manage scrap, eliminate wastes, rejection and demonstrated proactive quality approach. Ensure compliance with TS 16949, MESH, ISO 18000 norms and process in responsible area. Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Min. Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant technical field from a nationally accredited university. 2 years of experience in PM in production. Knowledge of contracts. Knowledge of corporate and project finance. Negotiations and problem-solving skills. Organizational and planning skills. Engineering knowledge. Lean and Six Sigma tools. Knowledge of Prolaunch product development process. Demonstrates a collaborative style, drive for results. Proven leadership skills. Excellent communications skills. English- advanced level.
