In this role you will work in a high-performance team based in the UAE (Dubai & Abu Dhabi), actively supporting internal collaboration and corporate programs and processes: • Consult Management in regional implementation and execution of business excellence programs • Drive quality management and data analysis in Salesforce CRM system • Implement and maintain corporate pilot initiatives and tools for regional sales community • Coordinate with stakeholders to implement a joint partner management program in the region • Support sales enablement training and transformation initiatives including related tools • Generate management reporting, slide presentations, diagrams, project references, and data visualization Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid! • Degree in business, management, people, marketing, or related field • Strong, demonstrated commitment and attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills • A sense of humor and the ability to demonstrate a positive and open mindset • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity within the organization and throughout service delivery • Entry level position: 0 - 2 years of experience • Language skills: Fluent English What else do you need to know?
