• The Program Manager is responsible for managing predominantly NPI projects in accordance with JM’s New Product Introduction management process requirements.

• Build and monitor Program Master Schedule.

• Achieve program targets through development & deployment of program roadmaps and cascade program objectives and assignments to team members.

• Identify risks and opportunities. Ensure risk management and escalation process.

• Communicate and report relevant program status to secure proper management support on program issues

• Create a "Program Management culture" by ensuring processes defined in the JM’s NPI system are applied at all steps, and by developing synergies between all actors involved in the program.

• Ensure that program experience is capitalized in knowledge management to improve future programs’ performance.

• Follow company environment, health and safety management rules and active participator in safety inspection, training and meeting.

Requirement:

1. A bachelor degree in Program Management, engineering or related technical field required.

2. Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, DOE, SPC, RCA etc), program management knowledge in particularly in matrix organization.

3. 5+ years working experience in automotive industry, with at least 3 years’ Program or project Management experience through the entire project life cycle.

4. Experience in budget control and profit enhancement, catalyst product experience is a plus.

5. Ability to establish, develop, lead and unite a team.

6. Planning and organizing abilities, strategic and analytic capabilities, conflict management skills.
