In this role, you have the opportunity to

Create and redesign global business processes and ensure change management within the organization is taking place. Your success is to enable our organization to provide better processes to ensure that the system failures during warranty time is very minimal and the time to system up during this period is immediate and faster [within the defined limits]. Additionally, you will leverage your own experience and use internal and external best practices and insights to help prepare our organization to effectively reduce system failures.

You are responsible for

  • Managing and supporting the design, build and lead deployment of new capabilities (process, tool, data) in the End2End Customer Value Chain Management.

  • Maintaining, developing, and safeguarding relevant processes and KPIs according to standard architecture as part of the Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF)

  • Interacting and collaborating with stakeholders and peers in the markets, business and supporting functions like IT, Enterprise Information Management (EIM) and Philips University to ensure comprehensive capability realization.

  • Collaborating with IT, EIM and the University for a) the selection, design, and operation of IT platforms, architecture, b) data availability, quality and reporting, and c) initial and continuous development of people

  • Driving real change through implementation, adoption and continuous improvement of processes, solutions and best practices in our markets and businesses.

  • Initiating, challenging, supporting and lead improvement opportunities in the CVCM domain.

  • Driving and managing capability performance in line with defined KPIs and business objectives

  • Building and operating a strong network of stakeholders, subject matter experts and peers in Markets, Businesses and other functions.

  • Supporting and handling the design, build and lead deployment of the CVCM capabilities and processes.

You are a part of

You are part of Customer Value Chain management team that is responsible for DEFOA and Early life failure of System and Medical device in Market Supply Chain organizations.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • a Master’s degree with 10+ years of related experience.

  • Good knowledge of Health Systems and customer service domain.

  • Demonstrable international experience in the CVCM domain and consistent track record in the assigned domain

  • Pragmatic business sense, understanding the value of standard work and with the ability to design, deploy and lead standard work for relevant business processes

  • Wide-ranging experience uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways

  • Experience in leading process improvement methodologies like, Lean, Hoshin, Problem Solving, Daily Management, Change Management in resolving complex issues in creative and effective ways, in line with company objectives

  • Strong communicator, able to interact frequently with customers, partners, subject matter experts, and functional peer group members inside and outside Philips and at different levels

  • Able to change the thinking of or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship.

  • Fluent in English-speaking and writing
