A day in the life of an Associate

The Program Manager Digital Operations will be responsible for leading the digital transformation in the Veghel factory. Being at the forefront of transforming the biggest factory in Mars (1000+ Associates at 9 production lines), he/she drives strategic alignment at site, regional and global level. Bringing in experience from the operational world and digital environment he/she drives the factory to a world-class Industry 4.0 level delivering significant benefits in performance quality and efficiency.

As part of the Industrial Engineering and Supply Excellence team he/she operates in an environment with highly motivated and capable peers who are working together to shape and build the future of the Veghel factory.

Key Responsibilities as a Program Manager Digital Operations

• Shaping and execution of digital transformation roadmap in Veghel factory
• Sparring partner for digital opportunities and direction with global, regional, and local leadership teams
• Proactively seeking for digital benefits through internal and external connections with peer companies, suppliers, and consultants.
• Responsible for status reporting of projects in development and execution
• End-responsible for on time/In full delivery of projects
• End-responsible for project investment write-up and submission
• Functional expert on execution of Agile way of working to create speed and flexibility in delivering projects
• Line-manager of 3 digital project (stream) leaders

What are we looking for?

• You have 8+ years experience in FMCG/CPG manufacturing or operations
• You have proven project/program management experience
• You have a proven track record of digital implementation/transformation
• You are excellent in verbal and written communication in English and Dutch
