Eaton is currently seeking a Program Manager, Diversity Recruitment to join our team. Remote work is available. Position Overview: The primary responsibility of the campus manager is to own Eaton’s early talent diversity strategy, building Eaton’s brand and creating sourcing opportunities for talent in this highly competitive space to support Eaton’s growth strategy. In this function you will: Build and execute a comprehensive brand strategy for Eaton within the highly competitive diversity recruitment space, with a focus on early talent; this scope may evolve as the role matures Manage partnerships with major national diversity organizations, such as NSBE, SWE, etc. Responsibilities include managing board membership, representing Eaton, expanding partnership reach, and setting / driving Eaton towards relationship goals Work with University Relations and Eaton leadership to establish goals for established partnerships Manage end-to-end planning and execution of national and regional conferences (currently 4 national, and 6 regional per year) Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with Historically Black Colleges & Universities; Hispanic Serving Institutions; Women’s Colleges and other diverse networks (currently 4 universities, may expand); responsible for recruitment strategies for these partnerships Coach and develop members of the Eaton Talent Scout Network, who support the recruitment efforts at conferences and diverse campus events Manage the strategy and relationship between the iERGs and Eaton's national diversity partnerships, serving as the primary designer and facilitator of the strategy, in close collaboration with the VP I&D Manage a pipeline of diverse talent to support recruiting efforts by the US Campus Managers, supporting our internal business partners Why work at Eaton? Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is $98,400-$135,300 a year. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Minimum 5 years full-time work experience in a related area such as HR; business; sales / marketing; diversity, equity & inclusion; or higher education Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future Preferred qualifications: MBA preferred Position Criteria: Demonstrated involvement in diversity, equity & inclusion work Demonstrated experience in recruitment, sales/marketing or other role that requires a high degree of relationship building across multiple levels of an organization Demonstrated ability to build and execute a business strategy Strong Project / program management skills Strong problem-solving skills and creative solutioning Comfort with digital technologies Ability to work in fast paced complex environments Strong learning agility Strong communication and relationship skills Eaton also considers qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, consistent with local laws.
