Are you skilled at engaging others in mission-driven programs? Are you passionate about creating a more equitable playing field for underrepresented entrepreneurs? Do you like creating and executing large-scale projects and partnerships? We’re looking for someone to:
– Develop and implement our inclusive capital strategy to increase access to capital for underrepresented founders and support capacity building in entrepreneurial ecosystems across the country
– Utilize program and partnership management skills to manage a portfolio of Elevating Entrepreneurs programs
– Manage and coordinate Women in Venture events, Inclusive Capital Summits, and other education and network to engage entrepreneurs, investors and UBS internal and external stakeholders
– Leverage entrepreneurship expertise to identify outcomes, inform program planning, and develop impactful partnerships
– Play key role in crafting program communications, marketing and thought leadership opportunities
– Integrate value-add employee engagement opportunities into inclusive capital programming
