Program Manager – Global Sales Capability Development

Job Description
#### Position Description:
• Drive and manage programs / initiatives for effective execution of the
global sales capability development strategy and plan.
• End to End L&D Program Lifecycle Management – Consulting, Needs Analysis,
Design & Development, Implementation and Evaluation sales learning &
development interventions.
• Collaborate with internal and external individuals, teams and organizations
at regional and global levels in a highly matrixed environment.
• Manage regular communications with stakeholders including senior executives
across different geographies.
• Manage vendors / external partners.
#### Position Requirements:
• Strong Project/Program Management skills, Change Management and complex
Problem Solving skills
• Working Knowledge of B2B and B2C (including eCommerce) Sales Processes and
Methodologies
• Knowledge and experience in using multiple methodologies and technologies in
capability/skill development and enablement
• Ability to become a trusted partner and build strong working relationships
in a complex matrix environment – demonstrate collaboration and influencing
skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – including ability to
present to Senior Executives
Base gross monthly salary from minimum 2100 EUR and above, depending on
experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
