We're looking for someone like this to:

• mobilize and lead large scale regulatory and strategic changes initiates as internal management consultant/ senior PMO
• liaise with sponsors and other key stakeholders to facilitate and influence decision making
• act as a senior partner and opinion leader in all relevant aspects of change
• take a lead role to create solutions for complex project challenges
• build and maintain cross functional and team relationships within Group Internal Consulting as well as all UBS business divisions and functions
• take on the lead role for large Group Internal Consulting engagements
