We are now transcending the same support experience to mission critical workloads for Azure Government customers and need your help.  

Responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic, data driven, customer obsessed Program Manager that knows how to get things done – while understanding how their work fits into the larger vision of scaling Microsoft Azure to be the trusted cloud for our growing Azure government customers. In this role, you will execute against our operational strategy and roadmap for this critical customer segment, influence key decision makers in the org, define and track metrics and KPIs to drive higher customer satisfaction and efficiencies with an eye towards driving continual improvements.

Qualifications

  • 3+  years of program management and cloud experience and proven track record of delivering high quality work on time.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, applied mathematics, computer science, or engineering
  • Experience working in helpdesk/customer support for a cloud service provider
  • Experience working with federal government and DoD regulations and requirements, such as FedRAMP, CJIS, ITAR
  • Starts with a customer first mindset and has high standards on what excellence means.
  • Has previous experience defining and improving operational processes with the goal of driving towards better customer experiences and efficiencies.
  • Can rapidly learn and understand complex business processes and is able to effectively solve issues and drive process improvements using a data driven approach.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with driving operational plans & execution of the support delivery for a major cloud provider such as AWS, Google, or Salesforce is a plus

 

This position requires

  • Verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements
  • Passing Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

 

This role is in Reston, VA
