We are looking for a program manager to join our team, Structured ASIC Manufacturing Engineering (SAME), to lead NPI test development and manufacturing support of our Structured ASIC BU (ePG), within Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) division. This role is critical to realize the value proposition of our Structured ASIC platform (fast time to market, high performance, low power, and low NRE/cost), through customization of our SASIC base arrays.
The program manager will provide the following tasks but not limited to:
Serve as the primary manufacturing/quality point of contact for managing new platforms development per Intel product life cycle phases. Engineering Samples (ES), Qualification Sample (QS), Product Release Qual (PRQ), Ship Release Approval (SRA), and End Of Life (EOL).
Manage customer specific projects per eASIC Business Process (eBP) and direct the team to meet project specific milestones/metrics through the 12-step customer PLC process.
Develop the overall manufacturing strategy and plan from NPI through HVM.
Coordinate with Bus Dev/Sales/Planning/Supplier.
Maintain supply plan that meets customer demand and revenue plan.
Provide clarity on Product Health Indicator (PHI) performance (sort/class).
Drive What-IF (WIF) assessment with TMG on PHI.
Provide cross-functional leadership and drive execution towards project milestones.
Serve as the one voice representative for SAME deliverables
Manage NPI's through the PLC process.

Qualifications
You must possess the below education requirement and minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Education Requirement
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years’ experience in a semiconductor development and/or manufacturing role
10+ years' experience in ASIC and FPGA, semiconductor manufacturing flow, Assembly/Packaging, Product Test, and outsourced (foundry and OSAT).
Preferred Qualifications
Master's in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
