In this role, you have the opportunity to

Drive cost reduction & change management within the Global Supply Chain Markets Systems

You are responsible for

. Partnering with initiative leads(BU & Market) to define priorities and provide inputs to Program leader so as to adjust the MCOS program as necessary — calling for a mid-course correction or even recommending that initiatives be postponed or

dropped.

  • Analyzing KPIs and act as a consultant to provide inputs for performance review (via CADENCE), decision-making, risk mitigation, and continuous cost performance improvements

  • Orchestrating strategic and tactical Cadence with Executives, Business, Market, and Functions

  • Driving analytics (KPIs) updates internally on quality and on time (e.g. Project Based Variance, value realization) and oversee that cost data is maintained and allocated correctly by Finance & Markets

  • Underpin initiatives and capture value realization for each of MCOS bucket, including other MCOS (Contacts & Sales order related, 3rd Party Material, Distribution, Labor, Installation & Training) by enabling front-line leads to realize their initiatives

  • Provide tracking and problem solving to important drivers, measure of results, and milestone phases (encompassing Action, Result, and Collaboration)

  • Drive feedback loop & streamline decision making process via Cadence, RAPID framework

  • Drive behavioral change to cost awareness culture

  • Enable sharing of learnings and adoption of best practices (new behaviors/standard performance)

  • Drive continuous improvements in operation process by applying Lean

  • Bring change quickly while managing risk (via Agile, Sprint)

  • Support central RDO (Result Deliver Office) and initiative leads in seamless execution

You are a part of

The Global Supply Chain Markets Systems

You'll partner closely with functions (Integrated Warehouse Distribution, Finance, 3rd Party, Central Service, Installation) and Market leads in 17 markets to drive cost reduction & change management.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Master degree with> 10 years of working experience

  • Supply Chain Finance & Operations experience needed, change management experience is a plus

  • Experience in the health-tech systems/products domain is a plus

  • Lean and Agile expert

  • Experience working in a business with complex market/channel structures

  • Ability to work both on a strategic level as well as an operational level with a wide array of stakeholders

  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills

  • Strong project management and decision making skills

  • Strong analytic & project management tool skills (PowerBI, Agile, Sprint tools)

  • Able to tailor message for targeted group of stakeholders to maximize change impact.

  • Result-oriented and can-do attitude to deliver solution and achieve promised results.
