Program Manager ODM Partners (APAC)

Responsibilities:

Manage and follow development programs performed by subcontractors (ODM).

Interface with multiple stakeholders (external and internal) to define and clarify the various levels of requirements and commercial aspects.

Responsible for on time delivery of ODM.

Responsible for the commercial relations and budget of ODM programs.

Requirements:

Education: BSc + MBA (5+ years) in program management in the telecom (preferred) or high-tech industry.

Experience in negotiation of commercial, technical and legal aspects of outsourcing agreements.

Proven experience of interaction with different disciplines (internal and external) – R&D, Operations, Quality, finance, legal

Solid understanding of ERP and BI systems.

Above-average analytical, conceptual and negotiation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience identifying, analyzing and resolving project related matters

Solid track record in prioritizing and executing tasks when under extreme pressure

Experience providing guidance and leadership to external suppliers
