This role is a key position within RSS UAE, responsible for pushing local and headquarter based programs from idea conception to idea implementation. The role involves working closely with the business lines and regional management. • Work closely with business line management and sales – SOL / SER / EPS for devising strategies to address market and customer needs, and achieve yearly KPIs • Work with commercial management from business lines on reviewing and optimizing the processes; Work continuously to optimize, automate and offshore topics for a leaner cost structure • Align and push strategic topics and programs with RSS BU CFO • Work on digitalization and automation topics in RSS. • Push for analytical approach to topics for accurate responses • Drive competitiveness programs pushing for topline growth, and cost reductions • To be the bridge from “idea generation” to “idea implementation”, with a continuous focus and target for “getting things done” • Work and support RSS region management to review and plan for regional topics • Work on special growth topics that are pushed by RSS CEO Organization: Smart Infrastructure Company: Siemens Industrial LLC Experience Level: Experienced Professional Job Type: Full-time
