Job Description

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Enablement Sr. Manager, this role is responsible for leading recruitment process optimization efforts, researching technology and innovative solutions to support Talent Acquisition initiatives, and managing third-party vendor relationships. As a Project/Program Manager for Talent Acquisition, you will develop project, communication, and change plans to effectively implement solutions and ensure customer adoption. This individual is passionate about continuous improvement and can easily assess solutions that resolve issues or address future needs. Additionally, you will identify process inefficiencies to create a more streamlined processes for recruiters and customers.

Responsibilities:
• Manage Talent Acquisition projects and programs. Create project plans tracking all aspects of an initiative, including sub-projects, inter-dependencies, milestones, risks, contingency plans, and project resources
• Develop methods for monitoring project progress and reporting results to Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Evaluate the end to end recruitment process and make recommendations for enhancements and changes.
• Manage project test efforts in the creation of plans to test business and functional processes during systems development and testing
• Develop, implement, and document procedures for Talent Acquisition.
• Research innovation in the talent acquisition industry and make recommendations to leadership.
• Create communication and change management plans for Talent Acquisition initiatives, customized by audience. Assist in the execution and monitor progress.
• Coordinate and assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Partner with TA Specialists to develop and deliver training content or material associated with projects/programs.
• Manage key internal and external vendor relationships. Track issues, drive to resolution and hold project team members accountable


Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
• 4+ years of related experience

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects, meeting key deliverables and milestones
• Must be highly organized and process focused, with a continuous improvement mindset
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with and influencing stakeholders at all levels, driving towards solutions that meet customer and user needs
• Ability to effectively communicate and present information to all levels of management
• Ability to be an innovative, resourceful and collaborative problem solver
• Previous recruiting experience is preferred
