Eaton’s Electrical Sector is currently seeking a Program Marketing Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Moon Township. Relocation assistance will be provided. Position Overview: This position will be responsible for all marketing activities and analytics. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital communication, social media, and traditional marketing techniques. He/she will have the ability to collaborate cross functionally and the capability to take ownership of tasks. The candidate will be required to prioritize and organize contracts, manage spreadsheets, and submit rebates accurately and timely. The Marketing Analyst candidate will be a self-motivated learner. The role is designed to grow a breadth of knowledge in Eaton marketing efforts, product line initiatives and the Commercial and Residential Distribution Solutions product basket. This role will require event marketing, including but not limited to tradeshows, customer visit and trainings. Gather and organize homebuilder rebate submittals. Accurately issue financial payment through internal ERP systems. Review and support contractor agreements. Develop and deploy detailed dashboard data. Manage of sample orders. Maintenance of supplier agreements in Contract Lifecycle Management. Support travel schedule for CRDS Roadshow, schedule promote and organize leads. Lead Eaton Certified Contractor Network marketing efforts Coordination of marketing events and event planning Support social media management. Extensive market research Stay current on our Eaton marketing/operation systems including Percolate, AEM, C360, PDH and Eaton ERP systems. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required One (1) year of experience in traditional marketing, marketing communications and/or content marketing Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future. Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates residing outside of a 50-mile radius of Moon Township, PA Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, engineering, business, IT, or related fields Efficient in Office 365 including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint Electrical product knowledge Adobe Creative Suite experience Position Criteria: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experienced communication skills Ability to multitask Ability to work cross functionally Creativity Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, analytics, integrated campaigns, lead generation campaigns Why work at Eaton?
