Responsibilities:

• Plan, facilitate and implement all kinds of children, youth and family service programs
• Liase with parents, tutors, coaches; organize venue, transportation, resources
• Manage program recruitment, budgets & expenses; prepare reports and related administrative tasks
• Assist in Centre operation and other events; take roster as duty officer

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 1-2 years' experience in program management, preferably working with children and youth in NGO
• Fluent in both written and verbal Chinese and English
• Strong team Player, independent, self-motivated
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Word; knowledge of Photoshop an advantage
• 5 days per week, 44 hours working week, evenings and weekends shift work required
