About This Role

Teach For Hong Kong (“TFHK") is looking for a full-time Program Officer/Program Manager to lead systemic change to education via leading a group of young future leaders and cooperating with cross-sector partners.

He/she will play a key role in fulfilling the growth of our flagship program by joining an ambitious team trying to reimagine social impact.
 

This Person Will

• Grow a group of young Fellows into future leaders through planning and conducting training, delivering coaching, coordinating mentorship program, and supporting other leadership development initiatives
• Liaise with cross-sector partners (schools, corporates, social sectors, government etc) to optimize social impact via various partnerships
• Build and manage relationships with volunteers, supporters and stakeholders to drive long term success of TFHK
• Support any ad hoc initiatives

Who We Are Looking For

• University graduate
• Minimum 1 year experience in startups, education/youth sectors, or fast-paced environments
• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
• Outstanding project planning and execution skills
• Understanding of Gen Z wants and needs, and ability to incorporate insights in diverse facets of work
• Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to cope with ambiguity and the ability to work effectively and creatively
• Good command of written and oral English and Chinese (Cantonese)
