Amazon Global Selling is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Certification Ops Manager with a passion for crafting Training and Certification programs to join the Marketing Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate is eager to lean to customers, and has best-in-class oral and written communication skills.

As a Program Ops Manager - Training & Certification, you will lead Certification programs to build strong organization capability to deliver consistent quality services to our customers (Sellers) in Amazon. You will work with a cross-functional teams to design/roll out certification, define success metrics, and enhance program scalability and experience with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key job responsibilities
1. Own Certification program roadmap and strategy development, targeted at entire Asia Global Selling employees.
2. Design/track success metrics to measure program success and business impact.
3. Identify business opportunities (employee needs), and lead internal stakeholders/external agencies to develop certification content and user experience to fulfill needs.
4. Work with multiple teams to drive program adoption, and continuously enhance customer experience.
5. Keep up with latest trend about education/certification and development technology.
