Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.

• 4+ years experience in Project Management.

• 2+ years working with external customers or partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Track record of successfully presenting to VP level audience.

• Track record of applying systematic approach to program/project management based on industry standards for software solutions development.

• Solid Business and Customer Acumen.

• Attention to detail and perseverance in understanding customer and stakeholder needs as well as sound organizational skills.

• Demonstrated written, verbal, and presentation skills required in the development of business documents and presentations to customers, technical teams and approval bodies.

• Leadership capability, solid interpersonal communications, and willing to work in large, global, cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment, and manage a variety of stakeholders.

• Willing to occasionally travel, including internationally.
