About the Role

We are looking for a Community Operations Program Specialist III (Uber Eats), who is eager to work in an incredibly fast moving business.

In this role, you will be managing, supporting, and monitoring a wide variety of projects, along with ensuring operational excellence and customer experience for our driver partners. You need to love solving problems and breaking down barriers to help improve our organizational capabilities and build sustainable solutions. You will also be expected to think creatively, identify data trends, suggest improvements, and help in the creation of efficient processes.


This individual will work closely with our leadership team to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, and meeting set objectives. You will be part of a driven team and required to skillfully multitask across many stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage Driver Partner Line of Business(LOB) in daily operations, metrics excellency and customer experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal and external service providers to drive efficiency and continuous performance improvement
  • Lead project management for various project initiatives to improve customer experience
  • Define project scope, milestones and manage resources accordingly, while driving adherence and compliance with deadlines
  • Conduct data analysis to surface customer and process insights that drive improvement
  • Deliver recommendations to business owners and central teams on policies and process improvements
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders and engage local and/or regional stakeholders to scale the business through operational excellence

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Business Acumen: Understands direct and inverse relationships between key business metrics and is able to interpret metrics and financial data
  • Stakeholder Management: Establishes productive working relationships with immediate working team through to senior leadership Problem Solving: Ability to understand problems, generate solutions, and recommend solutions and tradeoffs
  • Execution Excellence: Produces high quality work, manages multiple projects, meets deadlines,and has the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Communication: Communicates clear and concise thoughts, both verbally and written, and collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
  • Teamwork & Inclusivity: Works independently and asks for help when needed so as to avoid delays. Appreciates working with people from different cultures and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in customer experience, customer service or startup industry
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, relationships and to present said findings coherently and confidently
