Job Description

Job Purpose
Over the past two years and in line with overall business strategy and vision, we have streamlined from multiple lines of business to one operating division. In support of this transformation, the global business applications team is partnering with the business to implement new systems; processes and structure to support future growth.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of the Finance Unify Programme. This complex initiative involves migrating four Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems into Microsoft Dynamics 365 and implementing a new operating model, including shared services. As the Programme Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, managing resources, and mitigating risks to achieve the desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the end-to-end Finance Unify Programme, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals
* Coordinate and collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders across various departments to ensure seamless integration of ERP migration and operating model changes
* Develop and execute a comprehensive programme plan, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation
* Provide clear direction and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment
* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, and proactively address any issues that may impact the programme's progress
* Monitor and report on the programme's status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budget adherence to senior leadership and stakeholders.
* Engage and communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress, changes, and challenges
* Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth transition to the new operating model and technology
* Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
* Foster continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing feedback into the project for future releases.

Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
* Proven experience as a Programme Manager, leading complex IT projects or programmes, preferably involving ERP migrations and process transformations
* Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) and tools
* Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, and their integration into business operations
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage change effectively within a dynamic business environment
* Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget
* Problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to drive innovative solutions
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus
