Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) Programme

The appointee will be responsible for the BBA Programme student recruitment and publicity work. Duties include, but not limited to:

  • providing assistance to the Programme Director in overseas students recruitment and admission activities;
  • planning, coordinating and delivering presentation for programme promotion events, such as campus talks, alumni school visits;
  • coordinating local/overseas school visits and promotion events, i.e. Education Fair, School Visits;
  • organising marketing events and student activities, i.e. Secondary School Principal Day, Parent’s Orientation Day, Information Day, New Student Orientation, etc.;
  • assisting in functions/events of the programme and performing other duties as assigned; and
  • occasional business travel is required.

Applicants should have a recognised degree with at least three years of relevant work experience, preferably in tertiary institutions. He/She must be a good presenter possessing an outgoing personality, good communication skills (including the tact with people from diverse cultures), and ability to work independently and under pressure. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) are essential. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of up to two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to performance review, mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
