To design and conduct programmes to address affective needs of students. To provide students, parents and education practitioners with programmes and services to foster the affective development of the gifted students. To study findings from literature, community of practices in order to facilitate the programme evaluation.
Candidates must have a recognised degree or equivalent, preferably in education, psychology, counselling or social sciences; at least 4 years post-degree work experience in education or social services related to children and/or youth.
