The appointee will be responsible for developing and managing project programme to monitor the delivery of key tasks and milestones of the eMPF Platform project. The main responsibilities include:
The Job
Manage and monitor overall project master programme for different project activities at different stages of the project by using appropriate project management tools;
Liaise with all parties and stakeholders on project task planning, budget and finance, timeline, resources requirement planning, and incorporate information to the overall programme;
Establish tools for project and programme management, e.g. issue log, change request management;
Identify and track project milestones, budget and resources;
Identify issues, and track and monitor resolution plans and status;
Produce regular management reports and dashboards to update the progress, achievements, issues, risks, delays, contingency, etc. to the management;
Produce reports on financial health of the project with recommendations of change and variation claims;
Liaise with relevant parties to assess the impact of risks on the master programme and identify any risks that should be recorded in the project risk register; and
Perform ad-hoc projects or other duties as assigned.
The Person
A recognized bachelor degree in any discipline;
At least six years of relevant experience in developing and managing project programme for large-scale IT / infrastructure projects;
Experience in establishing tools for project and programme management in terms of project milestones, financial budget, and matters related to the project progress at different stages;
Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills;
Mature, flexible, result and detail-oriented, and able to work independently and under pressure; and
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Remuneration Package
The initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract. A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered.
