Job Duties

•   Initiate, liaise and negotiate with users to reach consensus on the requirements, delivery schedule and resource commitment
•   Take part in user requirement study, project planning and implementation
•   Lead and perform system analysis; design tasks and produce related system design documentation
•   Prepare design documentations, functional specifications and user guides related to the applications developed
•   Work closely with colleagues and developers to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
•   Provide user acceptance test and production support

Job Requirements

•   Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
•   Preferably 1-2 years relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
•   Familiar with Java, Python, XML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery and HTML is preferred
•   Experience in development life cycle mainly in system design, preparation of system and program specification, programming, testing, and providing technical guidance to junior team members
•   Experience in leading IT projects and teams with strong project management and influencing skills to drive for consensus with different stakeholders, make reasonable and firm judgements, and achieve planned objectives and results
•   Good ability in system analysis, design and able to manage projects independently from ideas formulation to implementation
•   Effective interpersonal skills and systematic problem-solving ability, self-motivated, committed team player and can work independently under pressure
•   Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
