Responsibilities:

• Undertake system development duties including programming, testing, implementation and related system maintenance, enhancement and support tasks, especially on the Web services and Python programming;
• Assist in user requirement analysis and system design;
• Prepare related system specifications and documentations; and
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Office or his/her delegates.

Qualifications:

• A recognised degree or a higher diploma or diploma, or an equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline;
• Preferably at least one year’s post-degree experience for degree holders and at least three years’ relevant working experience for diploma or higher diploma holders;
• Preferred to have experience on web programming with Database, like mySQL, PostgreSQL and etc;
• Have strong analytical skills and good communication skills; and
• Have the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
• Preference will be given to those with experiences on using MatLab and ANSYS applications.
