Job Responsibilities : 

 Providing technical service in either field.

 Designing and implementing system service solutions according to customer requirements.

 Taking charge of installation, debugging, and commissioning of relevant types of equipment.

 Conducting system and product tests and provide a quick response to customer inquiries.

 Troubleshooting and fixing the problem concerning the performance of products and to ensure the proper function of the network.

 Providing technical support service to customers concerning relevant systems and products.
