Job Description

Job Responsibility
St. Teresa’s Hospital (STH) is a large private hospital in Kowloon City with over 2,200 employees. Our Information Technology Department has a work force of 40 staff and is responsible for the IT function of both STH and our sister hospital in Causeway Bay. All IT systems are developed in-house in our two hospitals. In order to cope with the expansion of activities and the development of new systems, we are looking for qualified candidates to fill the following posts:

• Responsible in the data / system design and analysis, system development, integration test, user support and documentation
• Provide support and maintenance of in-house systems to ensure service quality and availability
• Communicate with the business user to gather information and analyse business needs, in order to recommend viable solutions to meet the requirements
• Manage the development process and interact with in-house or vendor’s development team to ensure timely and quality delivery of expected system change

Job Requirement 

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Good knowledge in VB.NET, ASP.NET, Visual studio 2013 or above, SQL server 2016 or above, Crystal Report and Web application development
• Experience with multi-tier architectures and Entity Framework is an advantage
• Experience in development on mobile application is an advantage
• Strong customer handling skills and able to present sound technical solutions to address business user needs
• Have good understanding of software development life cycle processes, documentations and methodologies
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, independent, self-motivated and a good team player
• A team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for junior position
