The Role
The purpose of this role is to manage, track and report on large, complex, and mission critical Portfolio Solutions projects to deliver against project goals efficiently and effectively.
Applies significant project management, leadership, and functional expertise to ensure project success. Orchestrates and influences the cross-functional project team and stakeholders to achieve key milestone and report on the results for the program.
Key Responsabilities
- Establish program objectives and design change projects with Portfolio Solutions management.
- Evaluate and determine project dependencies
- Organize stakeholders and align expectations, roles and responsibilities for each project.
- Creates/ensures detailed project, implementation, and/or action plans area created for each project / program.
- Tracking and successful execution of key Portfolio Solutions Programs
- Monitors progress for each project and ensures meets stated objectives/outcomes
- Monitors/addresses/escalates risks, issues and dependencies
- Manages/participates in project reviews, approvals, and gating processes
