Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the project team in all aspect of project follow up such as schedule meeting, take data to prepare reports, system logging etc.
- Handle customer inquiries and perform follow up arrangements
- Perform administrative support and project coordination
- Coordinate with the engineers and ensure the work progress been completed on time
- Coordinate with project team and customer to assist the progress of production
- Assist in ad hoc tasks whenever necessary
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above in Business Admin or IT related discipline with at least 2-year relevant working experience
- Experience in liaising with internal and external parties is preferred
- Good team work with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer handling
- Ability to work independently under pressure and multi-tasking to meet deadline
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Good in PC skills (MS Office)
- Good at handling data with Excel have an advantage
- Immediately available is highly preferred
