Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project team in all aspect of project follow up such as schedule meeting, take data to prepare reports, system logging etc.
  • Handle customer inquiries and perform follow up arrangements
  • Perform administrative support and project coordination
  • Coordinate with the engineers and ensure the work progress been completed on time
  • Coordinate with project team and customer to assist the progress of production
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks whenever necessary

 

Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above in Business Admin or IT related discipline with at least 2-year relevant working experience
  • Experience in liaising with internal and external parties is preferred
  • Good team work with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer handling
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and multi-tasking to meet deadline
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
  • Good in PC skills (MS Office)
  • Good at handling data with Excel have an advantage
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
