The incumbents will handle administrative tasks in project team and station in our Cyberport or Science Park Office.
Job Duties:
Performs administrative and office support activities, duties may include:
Providing secretarial and administrative support for members in the team and project supporting work.
Relieve management of project administrative detail and coordinate work flow.
Update inventory record.
Incoming and outgoing mail handling.
Participate in ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
A degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or a similar discipline.
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in MNC or sizeable organization.
Hands on experience in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
Good command of Chinese and English.
Self-motivated, willing to learn new things and a positive attitude.
High responsibility and able to work on tight schedules.
Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Structured and well-organized personality.
