Job Description

The incumbents will handle administrative tasks in project team and station in our Cyberport or Science Park Office.

 

Job Duties:

Performs administrative and office support activities, duties may include:

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support for members in the team and project supporting work.

  • Relieve management of project administrative detail and coordinate work flow.

  • Update inventory record.

  • Incoming and outgoing mail handling.

  • Participate in ad hoc projects.

 

Requirements:

  • A degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or a similar discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in MNC or sizeable organization.

  • Hands on experience in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.

  • Good command of Chinese and English.

  • Self-motivated, willing to learn new things and a positive attitude.

  • High responsibility and able to work on tight schedules.

  • Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

  • Structured and well-organized personality.
