In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be the customer’s trusted advisor and make a positive impact on people’s lives by being responsible for the Philips Design project administration.

You are responsible for

  • Project administration activities; creating and maintaining project data in systems of Planisware, Clarity and SAP.

  • Manage project cost invoicing to Philips businesses and markets and external customers

  • Publishing dashboards and reports; e.g.: missing hours report, project administration report, billing report.

  • Manage the Design Resource List and resources in the system Clarity

  • Support on questions and requests from Design community – Project Managers, Design Business Partners, Design Directors

  • Support Project Accountant on specific assignments, e.g. creating custom reports and overviews, problem solving in case of issues, as backup during absence.

You are a part of

The passionate and driven Global Business Services (GBS) business group. You are reporting to PMO Leader. Job holder has no direct reports.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (finance & control, economics)

  • At least 3 years relevant experience in an equal role in an international company

  • English language fluent, verbally and in writing

  • Super power towards accuracy, profoundness and quality in own work

  • Collaborative, open and approachable, with strong communication skills

  • Strong affinity with Operations and Finance framework, including working with tools like Planisware, Clarity, SAP and QlikView

  • Strong MS Excel skills (including pivot tables and pivot charts)

  • Able to deal well with a demanding environment, and ability to work well under pressure and deliver to deadlines
