Job Description
Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) is a Siemens Service Company that provides innovative digital solutions and customer-oriented business services. Your role will involve: • Drive internal improvement projects / Support as back up to Project managers for mid / small size projects • Support project managers with status reporting, process documentation and other coordination activities • Administering and managing internal applications as 1st Level support – ServiceNow, SharePoint, User satisfaction tool etc. • To manage daily data queries and to prepare reports, development of all internal formats & different trackers • Supporting and organizing workshops, team events, knowledge sharing and external events Skill / Competences • Self-driven and proactive, should be quick to learn and understand process and technical topics • Good Presentation, Communication Skills and some exposure to Project management • Willing to work in Flexible timings to support team • Knowledge of extracting data from Database, Raw data files etc • Experience in writing English articles, creating process documents, training is an added advantage Organization: Global Business Services Company: Siemens, s.r.o.
