This exciting role offers opportunity to: The PMO Analyst is responsible for support PMO and Engineering data analysis. This position is responsible for tracking system level data maintain, analyzing and reporting for Program management performance and Engineering budget. This person will deliver a high quality of performance reporting with an ongoing bias for continuous improvement. The role will require individual with a want to identify and solidify performance status, assist for budget management. Analyze and manage Engineering budget data and other Engineering related data. Collect budget plan from different owner, check data rationality, verify with actual spending, push for improvement and optimization. Manage Program performance report and other Engineering related performance report. Analyze variance, drive for improvement opportunity. Manage commercialization or other projects, execute leadership across the project team, seeks team input to promote rapid resolution to issues. Qualifications Requirement: Bachelors degree required 5 + years of relevant experience Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint Passion for Analytics and driving improvement- Strong analytical skills; Good communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written with ability to drive action and make necessary status reports to internal team members and leaders What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
