We expect :
1. bachelor’s or higher degree in architecture.
2. minimum 6 years of experience, with extensive experience with built projects.
3. excellent aesthetic sensibilities and outstanding design skills.
4. proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous desire to both learn from and mentor others.
5. working knowledge of 3D + 2D software.
6. extensive coordination experience with clients, contractors, and consultants.
7. excellent knowledge of products, materials, and construction methods.
8. effective project management and team leading abilities.
9. responsible, accountable, and able to foresee risks and solve conflicts in projects.
10. fluent Mandarin and English communication skills. (speaking, reading and writing)
