Job Description:

• Work with the Design and Development Architectural and other design disciplines to develop and implement MGM design direction

• Coordinate with other MGM Operational departments to meet end-user requirements and ensure that design program and criteria are achieved

• Administer the development of the Architectural Concept plans, and scope or work documents for consultants and contractors

• Conduct design studies on client/operator driven design changes to determine implications on all disciplines (Architectural, ID, Structural & MEP) in the first instance

• Attend site inspections to ensure the intended design and quality is delivered and assist where necessary to lead the resolution of site clashes

* Review and comment on shop drawings particularly in terms of constructability, sequencing and including where applicable alternative construction systems and methods

* Perform other job-related duties as required

Job Requirements:

* At least 5 years experience in architectural coordination, experienced in both contractor and owner setting preferred

* Must possess advanced computer skills and thorough knowledge of AutoCAD

* Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays when required

* Degree in Architecture or above

* Fluent in written and spoken English
