Redpath Partners are currently representing one of the largest and most successful real estate developers in Hong Kong. They are currently searching for a high calibre Project Architect from to join their team working across high profile development projects in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Head of Project and Development, you will assist a team of project level staff to oversee the management and delivery of large scale residential/ mixed used projects. You will contribute to the successful outcome of the works by ensuring that all design and planning, government approvals, program scheduling and budgeting are in place.

REQUIREMENT

• Degree or above in architectural studies
• At least 10 years’ experience in architectural design and management or project management with exposure to residential, commercial or hospitality new build projects in Hong Kong
• Membership to an accredited institution is preferred (e.g. HKIA, RIBA or equivalent)
• Extensive knowledge of Hong Kong regulations and requirements.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills;
• Fluency in English and Cantonese.
