Responsibilities:

• Taking part in project development and project team from initiation to completion for projects in Hong Kong
• Achieve development objectives in relations to time, cost and quality
• Coordinate and conduct project reviews with relevant internal and external parties to meet development objectives
• Analyse, evaluate and manage risks during the project development process
• Manage tender process and work contracts with the assistance of consultants and in-house colleagues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in architecture or above
• Registered architect in Hong Kong or equivalent international qualification
• Minimum 7 years of architectural practice in Hong Kong
• Passionate, well organized, and able to work under pressure before multiple deadlines
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
