• Full member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) or a Registered Architect.
• Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience as an architect (in architecture). Project execution experience of large scale projects and at least 4 years of experience in architectural practice.
• Practice experience with minimum 3 years in the capacity of an Architectural Coordinator/ Designer during construction phase is highly preferred.
• Experience in interior design works is highly preferred.
• Design skill to develop and resolve practical buildability issues is pre-requisite.
• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 4# or above in English Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.
