Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

Translator
-Can speak either Mandarin or Cantonese, fluently (speak, read and write).
-Translator during Canton Fair, Business meetings and sales.

Brand Representation
-The Employee needs to be available between April 19-May 5 for at least 6-8 hours. April 19-29 will be in Shanghai. April 30-May 5 will be in Guangzhou.
-Promote products to clients with sufficient knowledge about the products. The Employer will provide educational training to the Employee prior to the show
-Assist with different projects leading up to Canton Fair. The Employee will:
-Provide a Printer Company: Locate printing companies and provide most reasonable quotes to the Employers. Must be a minimum of 2 quotes for comparison.
- Sourcing and Ordering (local equipment and supplies)
Provide quotes for: Drink Dispenser (photo to be provided by Employer), Furniture Rentals, Sampling cups (Provide quotes and location on supplying 5000+ 2 oz sample plastic cups. The Employer will provide photos as needed.)
- Setting up booth

The Employee will need to be available for a minimum of 3 hours on April 30, 2024 to help the team set up at the Canton Fair. The Employee will bring all necessary items for the show on this day. The Employer will provide details of the booth.
-Assist with different tasks during Canton Fair- Phase 3
-Translate during Canton Fair (as required).
-Assist with mixing supplement drinks, handing out samples, and any tasks needed during the show.

PAYMENT: NEGOTIABLE BASED ON EXPERIENCE
