The current position we are looking for is a project assistant in XX

Job Description as follow:

Main Responsibilities:

1. Language support, eg Site translation, wrriten and verbal.

2. Maintain contact lists (project, vendor, client and government).Research construction companies. Organisation / coordination of supervisors

3.Record all project information correctly and timely.

Follow up PMO document specification in project implementation.

4.Reporting: Daily site report according to MPS guideline

5.Providing of construction material, such as: samples, brochures, research for fairs

6.Check and report as listed : drawing, complaints.

7.Other assistant working for project management and administration

Education and Experience Requirement

1. Two years assistant experience in multinational companies or foreign construction projects

2. Good verbal/written translation and communication skills in both English and Chinese, no German necessary.

3. Proficient in the use of standard business application software

4. Degree in English ,construction or Civil engineering

5. A good team player with pleasant personality, Customer focus and Service oriented

6. Ready to work under pressure

7.Construction background is a preferred

8. High initiation.
