Project Assistant (at the rank of Hall Executive) in the Chi Sun College of the Jockey Club Student Village III (Ref.: 498507) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree, with 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, or min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics. They should also have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, IT proficiency, effective organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently; be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and a good team player. Experience in event management and living/working in a student residence would be an advantage. The appointee will be involved in the implementation and coordination of various educational projects in the College, liaise with internal and external parties, interact and engage with student residents of the College, provide administrative support and perform any other duties as assigned.
