Job Targets and Decision Making 岗位目标及工作权限1. Responsible for project sourcing overall control as project buyer role.2. Responsible for the complete sourcing process (COP, serial, Benchmark etc.) according to the responsible commodities and projects.3. Identify the Bidder list independently for own commodities regularly.4. In charg of supplier management: supplier development together with STA, supplier consolidation, re-location, forward sourcing, yellow supplier escalation etc.5. Work out and implement the action plan (productivity plan, VA/VE plan) to improve the supplier performance continuously.6. Work out commodity strategy which is durative and fit for automotive industry and OEM requirement.7. Ensure the related contract and agreement ( incl but not limited to Frame contract, tooling loan contract, NDA, QAA , General Terms) signed in a timely manner. Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责1 Support Project Manager, take charge of prototype purchasing according to purchasing process.2.According to project timing plan, set up the PTL (Purchasing Tracking List) for C project, monitor the BOM sourcing cost and sourcing timing overall.3. Organize the regular project sourcing review with commodity buyers, monitor issues and give early warning of any major hazards to projects. push the commodity buyer take the action plan to ensure the overall BOM cost and sourcing timing in line with target. 4 Summary the BOM sourcing cost list after Review 3 and keep tracking till R 8. 5 Represent Purchasing Team to attend the project meeting.6 Monitor the tooling payment status according to project budget and company payment budget. 7.Set up the Scheduling Agreement for inter-company before SOP.8.Issue the capacity survey for new projects, confirm the capacity capability through joint effort with commodity buyer and STA.
