• Monitor site progress and coordination works

Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher Certificate or above in Building Studies / Building Management;
• Minimum 3 years solid site experience in building / maintenance construction field;
• Working experience in A&A, renovations and fitting out works is an advantage;
• Indpendent, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of Microsoft Office, Word Processing, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD;
• Proficiency in both written and spoke English and Chinese.
