Location : Sheung Wan
Roles & responsibilities:
- Drive and co-ordinate the re-development of the HRIS and other HR related information system including the project planning, workflow study, user’s requirement collection, functional analysis, data migration and UAT testing;
- collaborate with various stakeholders such as user units of the Personnel Section, Information Technology Division and external parties for formulating solutions/recommendations for the development, implementation and maintenance of the HRIS and related system;
- undertake reviews for continuous improvement of the HRIS;
- prepare procedures/training manuals/guidelines in relation to the operation of the HRIS, maintenance of documentation and user training;
- develop and update HR analytics reports to facilitate the management’s review and forward strategic planning;
- provide executive support for the operations of the Section including consolidation of the regular/annual exercises and compilation of the sectional returns;
- supervise staff and advise on improvement of the administrative procedures; and
- perform any other duties/ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A recognized degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources Management/Information Systems or related discipline;
- at least Grade D in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the HKCEE or equivalent;
- proficiency in English and Chinese;
- well versed in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge in MS Access/ Excel is advantageous;
- hands on experience in the development and management of HRIS is preferred;
- preferably with 2 years’ relevant experience in personnel administration/project management; and
- good communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & employment terms:
The successful candidate will initially be offered a 3-year contract with a remuneration package which will commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
