The applicant should preferably possess the following qualifications:

• Higher Diploma or above in Construction/Engineering disciplines;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and positive working attitude;
• Proficient in MS applications, AutoCad, Microsoft project & etc; and
• 3 years working experience in the construction field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager / Project Director in delivering projects from inception stage to project completion;
• Coordinate with clients, landlord, consultants, sub-contractors and other project stakeholders;
• Prepare project documentation to manage design, procurement and construction process;
• Perform duties as assigned by the supervisor;
