With us, you can do something significant that benefits society and human progress Your new role – challenging and future-oriented · An experienced Commercial Project Manager to work alongside our project managers in the Generation Vertical · Responsible for all commercial activity related to the order costing, project acquisition, order booking & execution process and internal & external audits · Manage the project financial set up based on contractual agreements and ongoing execution phase, ensuring data integrity between SAP back end and specific front-end tools · Prepare and be responsible for quotation costing and clarify foreign currency, tax, shipping and insurance issues and determine these with the specialist departments · Responsible for monthly revenue recognition on projects in compliance with defined guidelines · Manage project cash flow/payment plan and ensure timely generation of customer invoices · Perform project’s financial planning and forecasting, and work with PM on assessing project’s risks and opportunities financial impacts and ways to mitigate margin deterioration · Work in collaboration with PM to ensure accurate project costs with defined guidelines, as well as ensure support calculations on business case proposals and change orders, if any · Controlling NCCs, preparing / updating project risk register and derive mitigation measures, timely preparation of claims, claims/variation management · Work with project manager in periodic project review meetings preparation · Achieving execution excellence including higher customer satisfaction · Complete the assigned tasks/ closure of old projects provided by Manager · Implementing and ensuring compliance with internal policies, guidelines and procedures We don’t need superheroes, just super minds B Com Graduate in accounting + MBA with 4-6 years of experience in controlling/accounting of projects. Strong SAP knowledge on system export activities with strong base in FICO, MM and SD Good knowledge of FEMA, FOREX hedging and reporting Strong knowledge on documentation, bank guarantee, letter of credit Basic export commercial knowledge such as Incoterms, logistic management is required Experience with engaging freight forwarder, custom clearing house agent, transporter will give additional edge Knowledge of NCM business modality Confident in customer facing and good communication skills We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
