Normal job functions include:

  delivering classes one to one or on-site at a company/institution for multiple students
  

• helping with tests and assessments if necessary

• 
  providing detailed reporting and follow up student’s progress in 800app

• 
  providing after class electronic follow up about key points of class delivered

• 
  supporting Demo classes with sales team

• 
  helping plan for upcoming projects if needed

• 
  well-cooperated with scheduler team on daily scheduling

• 
  establishing and maintaining relationship with clients

• 
  attendance and participation of meeting/training

• 
  travel between class is necessary

• 
  other administration work if needed

Qualification:

• 
  Bachelor Degree in English or Language Teaching; master Degree is a plus

• 
  Oversea study or work experience is highly desired

• 
  Hold TEM-8; TEFL/CELTA is a plus.

• 
  Over 2 years relevant teaching experience, teaching adults preferred. Used to teaching

Pearson products is a plus

• 
  Exposure in flexible working hours or shifts desired

• 
  Can use MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint at a high level.

• 
  Comprehensive people skills to engage students in and out of class.
